About
Mental Health—and how to cultivate and maintain it—has become more visible and less stigmatized in the past several years. Professional athletes, celebrities, and many others have spoken out on the issue, raising awareness that mental health is important to all of us, and neglecting it can have disastrous consequences.
Join us at the CCE Public Square as an expert panel will discuss the effect COVID has had on our mental health—and what we can do to optimize our own mental well-being. WSU faculty, staff, and students will offer perspectives from a range of viewpoints and disciplines. We will learn more about the services WSU provides for students’ and community members’ mental health. And, importantly, our panelists will take your questions about issues that matter most to you.
The Public Square discussion will take place Thurs, Apr. 8 at 4 p.m. and streamed live via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent out to registrants on the day of the event.
All Public Square discussions are free and open to WSU students and personnel.
